FontSwipe – Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FontSwipe platform (the “Service”), provided free of charge by Adrien Kukovicic (Infographiks). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

FontSwipe is a free online tool that helps users preview, analyze, or test fonts and related typographic content. It does not sell products or services and does not offer any paid plans or subscriptions.

3. Access and Use

The Service is accessible to users without payment, subscription, or creating a user account.

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

  • Not impersonate another person or entity

  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service (e.g., via scraping, reverse-engineering, or injecting malicious code)

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service—including interface, tools, code, visuals, and written content—are the exclusive property of Adrien Ka unless otherwise stated.

Using the Service does not grant any intellectual property rights to the user. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse parts of the platform except for personal, non-commercial use.

Fonts uploaded, previewed, or analyzed via the Service remain the property of their respective creators. You are solely responsible for complying with font licensing terms when using third-party fonts.

5. Liability

FontSwipe is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Errors, bugs, or temporary unavailability

  • Losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service

  • Any misuse of font files or visual materials

Users are fully responsible for how they interpret or use the outputs of FontSwipe.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

FontSwipe respects your privacy and complies with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We don’t collect unnecessary personal data.
Some technical data (like IP address, browser type, device info) may be collected for analytics and performance monitoring via Google Tag Manager.

No data is sold or shared with third parties.

We use cookies to enhance your experience. A consent banner appears on your first visit.

If you ever submit your email (e.g. via newsletter or contact form), it’s stored securely and can be deleted anytime : just ask: adrien@infographiks.com.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nancy, France, unless otherwise required by applicable legal provisions.
