FontSwipe – Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FontSwipe platform (the “Service”), provided free of charge by Adrien Kukovicic (Infographiks). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

FontSwipe is a free online tool for discovering font pairings: you browse curated pairings, preview them, keep the ones you like and follow links to download the fonts from their distributors. It does not sell products or services and does not offer any paid plans or subscriptions.

3. Access and Use

The Service is accessible to users without payment, subscription, or creating a user account.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service (e.g., via scraping, reverse-engineering, or injecting malicious code)

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service, including interface, tools, code, visuals, selection of pairings and written content, are the exclusive property of Adrien Ka unless otherwise stated.

Using the Service does not grant any intellectual property rights to the user. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse parts of the platform except for personal, non-commercial use.

The fonts shown in FontSwipe belong to their respective creators and are distributed by Google Fonts or Fontshare under their own licenses. You are solely responsible for checking and complying with a font’s license before using it.

5. Liability

FontSwipe is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Errors, bugs, or temporary unavailability

• Losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service

• The availability or content of third-party sites and font files linked from the Service

Users are fully responsible for how they interpret or use the outputs of FontSwipe.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

FontSwipe collects no personal data through the site: no account, no form, no cookies, no analytics. To display previews, the home page and the app load fonts from Google Fonts (and Fontshare for one pairing), which receive your IP address.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be clearly indicated on the website.

Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nancy, France, unless otherwise required by applicable legal provisions.
